Biography
Dr. Vincenzo Costigliola has more than 40 years of medical practice after graduating in Medicine at the University of Naples (Italy), and a post-degree specialization in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care from the Università di Pisa (Italy). He is a Founder & President of European Medical Association (Belgium). He has also co-founded the European Association for Preventive, Predictive and Personalized Medicine, and is current President (Belgium). He was formerly the Chief of Medical Services in the Italian Navy. Over the years, Dr Costigliola has widened his specializations into Rheumatology, Dermatology, Proctology, Oncology, Surgery, Drug Abuse, Emergency Treatment, and Disaster Action.He is the Medical Advisor to OTAN and W.E.U. Bruxelles. He is a member of the International Advisory Board of the King Abdulaziz University, Jeddah (Saudi Arabia); a Board member of the European Biotechnology Thematic Network Association (Italy); and a member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Psychiatry in Primary Care. He is a renowned speaker at numerous International Conferences and Congresses. He is multilingual and is proficient in 5 languages; English, Italian, French, Spanish and Portugese.

Biography
Dr. Arturo SolÃs Herrera, MD, PhD., has been Graduated from Institute Polytechnic Nacional, from CDMX, in 1978 as Medicine Doctor, with the specialties including Ophthalmology, in the National University of Mexico, and Neuro-Ophthalmology, at INNN, México. Later on he obtained his Master Science Degree from University of Aguascalientes, México, and thereafter a PhD in Pharmacology, Universidad de Guadalajara, México. Dr. SolÃs Herrera is director and founder of Human Photosynthesis® Research Center, in Ags., México, in 2007; where he has continued his research until today.

Biography
Dominico Merante joined DSD in March 2007 as Senior Director of Clinical Development at the newly opened R&D office in Gerrards Cross, United Kingdom. In July 2010 became European Head of Frontier/Opportunity and Metabolism. In 2011-2012 successfully led, as global clinical lead, the US phase 2 adaptive study of mirogabalin in painful diabetic neuropathy. Study results were published in Diabetes Care in December 2014. 3 years + 3 months of clinical management/leadership training experience in the Italian Navy working at the Infirmary of the Naval Academy as Lieutenant Medical Officer and on Nave Ammiraglio Magnaghi as Chief Medical Officer.
